Apple and pine nut muffins with thinly sliced smoke roasted turkey breast and alfalfa sprouts

Joshua’s fabulous fontina cocktail pizzas

French breakfast radishes with sweet cream butter

Thai Summer rolls with spicy Thai BBQ chicken and spicy peanut sauce

(These are basically spring rolls but are not fried. We can fry these if you wish and offer the traditional Spring roll.)

Paninni with our own jalepeno pepper bread and apple wood grilled pork loin and pepper jack cheese

Rustic Italian potato bread with mozzarella and tear drop tomatoes, pesto vinaigrette

Grape tomatoes with bay scallop ceviche

Seared yellowtail tuna, served rare and chilled, with micro greens and gingered tomato brunoise

Grilled jumbo asparagus with parmesan , cracked pepper, and phyllo pastry

A plated luncheon served in the magnificent Great Room at Thorpewood

A crystal punch cup with Spring Pea Fondu, garnished with sweet bay scallops, Maryland Crabmeat, and a petite salad of baby pea tendrils and crème fraiche will be pre-set

A choice of the following entrées

Poached darne of Maryland Rockfish, dressed with stone ground mustard sauce and topped with crabmeat, julienne Surry Virginia Ham and braised baby leeks. Fresh branche of fresh Chervil. Miniature tartlet with wilted baby spinach and mornay sauce, dilled fish potato

OR

Grilled Marinated Strip loin of beef, English cut, a salad of fresh watercress and grated horseradish. French green beans with brown butter and a warm fingerling potato salad with bacon
